Is there a real reason for a bed race???

Spiritual preparation for a newbie
I am enjoying this tread quite a bit. The one thing I would add is to combine your physical and spiritual training. Get used to prayer or meditation while walking. What ever you decide is right for you make it part of your training. Your Camino has already started. I remember the...- jstys1
