    Sometimes I think the change in pace is good. Different step sizes, clambering, different speed all helps avoid thousands of identical movements which is often the cause of blisters and repetitive strain issues. Of course someone watching you will think your crazy when you listen to 'Hey Jude'...

    You can buy simple dc power plugs which take USB plug. Then you can charge anywhere you find a PowerPoint Most apple products have these I thought but you can get generic ones anyway. I have one that charges my iPod, iPad and blackberry all of which have USB plugs that slot into the power plug Ian
