politeness and a smile will work wonders, the basic phrases in Spanish ..hello, thankyou ,good day etc will be all you need before the person you talk to replies in English :)
as others have said, chances of feeling lonely are slim unless it's what you want. I have always set off on my own and...
Infrastructure, rather than bureaucracy is IMHO what is needed
The roads to Santiago have become incredibly easy to do. More information about them due to the growth of the internet, social media and the like. Package tours , bag carrying companies ...
If there wasn't a shortage of beds at (...
Imagine the bed race if snorers had to sleep in separate accomodation ...
People chosing to keep me awake with their phone, drunken antics or turning on lights very early.... now that's something I struggle to put up with
People just gotta try and cope with pilgrim life a little better methinks
Pick a time of year when there are fewer other pilgrims about or a route where fewer pilgrims go in general ( as nick says ) the VDLP
Be prepared for less infrastructure being available in quieter times

from this website (copy and paste ) which shows the gradients and a lot of the main towns and villages and distances. The stages in the original post are probably from Brierleys guide ? and is / used to be issued by...

If I absolutely had to ... then perhaps the entry and exit of Leon.
Like others , I would think you have plenty of time to achieve your goal , assuming getting to Muxia by your birthday is it
All my best camino memories are about the albergues and pilgrims. I make more of an effort since my first trip to keep a note of where I stayed and who was there, most pilgrims don't walk my pace so I rarely see them again
thanks for that Annie
All I would say is maybe avoid the weekend ... or if you are wanting to stay in Pamplona, the weekend might be busiest ? and then adjust your starting date to coincide or dodge depending on preference
at certain times of the year, loads leave from Sarria and arrive in Santiago on Thursday ...
the section you refer to is I believe the busiest section of the whole CF. Some nerd ( sorry folks) will arrive shortly with % for you but if you wanted a week of peace and quiet contemplation, IMHO you might be better thinking of another route
