    I know! Three weeks left and I am going to REI today where I will look at two ultralight packs. Mine is 6 lbs empty (good, but older LLBean) and if I could cut that weight a little my knees would thank me! I have quite an assortment of daypacks but only the one multiday pack.

    Be careful:-). I thought I was going in 2010 and starting buying gear. Four years later everything is lighter and better. I have either replaced,it or reconciled myself to having "gear envy":-). Leaving in 3 weeks!
