    I understand those. Leaving in a week and a I'm bag of nerves. It was the same last 2 caminos. But as soon as your feet hit the ground on your first day everything will fall into place and excitement will replace those pesky nerves! Everything will be ok. :) Buen camino!

    Hi Dangeroso! May see you in route. Did you leave from St Jean? We were told we must stick to the road to Valcarlos and that Zuibri is not possible due to heavy snow. Starting out in the morning and will take each day as it comes. Buen camino! Be safe :)

    I understand your fears and anxiety as I struggle with the same thing, although not because of the accomodation, but meeting people. It is also why I walk the camino. To try and push myself out of my comfort zone. So you are not alone. Trust me, no one will judge you here as we all bring our own...

    Ugh...speaking of cake! Time to add the pack to my training schedule and based upon last years buckling..it won't close!! By a lot!! When I adjust and tighten I get 3 sets of boobs! Sigh..lol. My family thinks it's hilarious! hmmm..very funny! lol :)

    Had my birthday on the camino last year too, and thanks to an awesome pilgrim who remembered it was my birthday, and told me about the Parador in Santo Domingo, guess where I had an awesome spoiled, relaxing stay for my last forty something bday? ;)

    Happy travels too! Yep. Gonna be cold! Have been following Falcon's weather bulletins. Still a month to go but I imagine there is still a good likely hood of snow and all kinds of cold weather. But bundled up and prepared and we will be good. Buen Camino :)
