Getting to SJpdp from Madrid
Howdy. Looking for suggestions. So far the best I’ve found is a morning train from Madrid to Bilbao, bus to Bayonne and will probably spend the night, then from there up to St Jean the next morning. Is there a better way? Thanks!- Opiemoore

Greetings all! For my next Camino, I’m planning to start by flying in to France and walking the Chemin du Stevenson, then traveling to SJpdp to begin the Camino Frances. Bus/train - From Santiago to Porto
Schedules only come out about 4-6 weeks prior. When I went, there were a couple of trains per day, connecting at least once enroute, and an early (nonstop) bus…slightly more expensive.
