Jet Lag After Flying Direct from Australia to Paris for Camino Starting in St Jean
I'm planning my 2nd Camino starting in May. My plan is to fly direct (via Singapore) to Paris arriving at 7.30am and then onto St Jean on the same day. Overnight in St Jean and start walking the next day to Orisson. I'd be interested to hear from pilgrims that have done this and how jet-lag...- PAK
