Try the app Wikiloc. It's very good in finding alternative trails. Just encircle an area you need to walk through , the app will provide trails people have used previously.

PS I am starting my 2nd Camino from Irun in August '25.
One should not be on the trail at midnight. Crazy distances, especially the 21 and 25 mile efforts.
As a 72 year old, I averaged 25km per day on the last year's Francés completing the distance in 31 days.

After completing an amazing Camino Frances during August/September of this past year, it appears that I have the Camino fever in wanting a repeat.
