Albergue news on the Vdlp
I stayed there in 2011, a little off the main drag just past the morgue If I remember. I was the first to arrive and had to ring for someone to come and open up, some young fellah arrived soon after and let me in and then later on after it had filled up a little, someone came back to collect...- Senyor Pirotecnic

Some reflections on the Vdlp/Mozarabe
I too am enjoying reading these "on the road" postings of a camino I hope to walk in August/September (from Salamanca). A little disappointed to read about large numbers though perhaps there will be fewer come August. A question about Salamanca that is definitely not worth opening a new thread...- Senyor Pirotecnic
