    Walked the alternative / old route to sigueiro today used Brierley. It was a bit worrying at first but instructions good then old yellow arrows became visible on the trees.

    We are on the Camino ingles now. Yesterday we arrived in ferrol loads of cafes open for food we had coffee at the port. We did not pass any cafes after leaving ferrol until we reached Naron.     Bag Transport

    Make sure your friend has a rucksack with a good waist strap. I have sciatica and even a small rucksack gives me pain. My camino one with a waist strap 35l is perfect and I can carry 7kg without a problem. I booked to stay in a band b on the ingl es they suggested correos to me.
