Where do you carry your valuables?
A money belt is the way I go. I go to Peru South America quite often. I always use one under my pants or shorts. If I know I will need cash I just put some in my pocket before I go out.- JLV

Trying to find a thread with advice about cell phones
Hey Gertrong, If your phone is unlocked, a Movistar sim card is good. I would buy a cheap unlocked one if yours is not. You can still use wi-fi without a sim card.- JLV

Where to get shoes in Leon?
Hi Brian, The hours of K2 Planet are 10am-1:45pm and 5pm-8pm daily except Saturday it is 10am-1:45pm. The website shows that they have the brands Brooks,Canyon,Hoka. Although I am unsure what they have in stock.- JLV

Sleeping mats
I watch Efren Gonzalez, He has done several caminos and mountain treks. He gets his equipment fro Zpacks. They are not cheap however.- JLV
