Funny you should say that somebody actually leaned over the top bunk in the Ronsevalles dormitory and put his two hands around my brothers neck to prevent him snoring:eek: Seems to have done the trick though because he didn't snore for at least a week afterwards!
I use Poles all the time especialy for painting jobs. If you want a job well done and effciently just hire a Polish person they work hard and walk rings around the opposition;) Seriously though I only ever used poles once on the first week of the Northern route I found them invaluable especially...
Heard an unfortunate Irish girl had to have 3 toe nails extracted in Santiago hospital over a week ago.Her feet swelled in the heat and pushed her toes into the front of the boot. Perhaps she should have gone a half size or full size up or had worn the wrong socks propelling her feet forward...
I used 'More Miles' walking socks never came close to getting a blister. When my feet got hot I transferred to my Merrell sandals. My did it feel good to let my feet breathe after all that heat just over a week past:D:D:D Irish boys just ain't able for anything over 20c:p:p
Very useful thank you. God we need all the help we can get sometimes if we got that much right it would be a load off my mind as well as my back. Thanks again genuinely.
