Orange is France-based but all over the place in Spain. I used them on my second Camino, back when one had to physically swap the SM card and it was painless. The eSIM option now is great. Look for a kiosk at the airport to save time.

Your phone’s camera makes a perfectly fine mirror. Bring a pair of crocs or flip flops as a second pair of footwear. Vital for those showers in the albergues. Carrying an extra pair of shoes just adds weight needlessly.
That's exactly what I'm doing: mailing my walking pole to the place I'm staying at on the first night before I start my Camino. All I had to do was email them my arrival date and contact info and it will be waiting for me when I arrive. Better than having to deal with airport security.
A bit of wise advice I picked up on this board was that it's worthwhile to get a multi port usb charger. That way, if there's just one available outlet you can share it with others.
