    Pack Review

Hi Dave, I'm really sorry - tried on two different browsers (Edge and Chrome), and I don't think the pictures have pulled through on to the thread. Hopefully someone else can confirm this and it isn't me being a fool?

Does having a half-full pack affect the weight distribution in a pack?

Sorry for my delayed response - I've been trying to find specs of the bag online and I don't actually own a pair of scales. My current pack comes in at 5lbs empty, but maybe my view of it as 'relatively light' is that I had a Karrimor one before that for over a decade, and that weighed a whole...

As mentioned, loosen them or take them off for long-haul, but with the weight and size of them compared with the other trainers...

    What did you forget?

Hi Diane, Some interesting points there....music to help yourself sleep sounds like a good one....I had a couple of nights where I wished I had something to drown out the snoring of my room-mates, sadly, it never happened. Thought about bringing my heavy duty SLR, but I doubt I'd really get the...

    What did you forget?

Hi Jason, Great question, and one that comes back to me as I start to pack my bags for my own trip next week. For me, my last camino was frustrated by remembering to pack the charger for my camera....but forgetting to pack the actual camera! Also, I would recommend taking plenty of painkillers...
