Am I the only one perplexed by WhatsApp?

Not everyone has the WA App and if you message and call to someone who hasn’t then you won’t get anywhere! You can check in the App if someone has it. Let folks know where you are at and I am sure we can push you over the line. Don’t worry about the South America thing. The International...

Am I the only one perplexed by WhatsApp?

I think, with all due respect, it’s just a case of you getting used to it, and going up the learning curve. We all take a while I think! As you say it has worked for you on other calls, so you are almost there. Maybe set aside an hour or so just to play around and familiarise. Call up friends...

    SIM card for Europe

Indeed. As a UK resident I have a monthly O2 contract. They provide, in my view quite a good offer for travelling. I get ‘free’ (i.e within my UK allowance) roaming/data and text in countries that are EU members, but also for another 30 or so countries worldwide, mainly The Americas and...

Corkscrew do I take one with me?

Yea stems seem more traditional but like the stemless ones. Less traditional of course but feel more substantial and less likely to knock over!

Corkscrew do I take one with me?

Ah ok. Currently in a bar in USA and got served as per image. Different to Europe with a ‘long neck’ glass. Kinda prefer the USA glass!

Corkscrew do I take one with me?

Sorry this may seem like a strange question but what do you regard as a standard wine glass? In Tumbler, long neck? In a USA bar at mo and wine served in a tumbler which I really like!

    OK guys, what underwear?

With the exception of walking boots I have never bought anything specifically to walk a Camino. Everyday shorts, t- shirt, bucket hat, socks, underwear.

    OK guys, what underwear?

I think you can just wear your normal underwear? It’s a low intensity walk.

    scam sock advert

Yes fully understood! The ads to non donating members are PPC ads (per per click)/impressions - a totally different thing. . i get them everyone I fire the page up!

    scam sock advert

They are not necessarily scams though they could be. Advertisers buy ‘impressions’ which are effectively ads targeted to a certain demographic. Your search history will play a big part.

    scam sock advert

That’s nothing to do with the site and largely Ivar will have little or no control over it. On this thread I am getting an ad about a 28 day weight loss programme for older men. Guess what i have been googling lately - how to lose a stone in a month. That’s how it works!

What clothes to wear at night?

    Thank you!

What clothes to wear at night?

Can I ask what a pressure hose is? I have just googled it and doesn’t look like something anyone would wear unless they visit a Berlin fetish club?

    Is this Camino clothing heresy?

Well jumper is the most common word, but we do say sweaters and even pullovers.

    Is this Camino clothing heresy?

Yea in UK overalls in more common and used more. Boiler suit is used less and maybe is a bit more trendy. As usual in the UK, the word ‘boiler’ has a million meaning from ‘bunny boiler’ of Glenn Close fame, to ‘old boiler’ a 70s horrible phrase to describe an unattractive older woman.

    Is this Camino clothing heresy?

That is pretty much how it works in the UK too. Dungarees are often denim material. They were fashionable for a period back in the day especially when a band called ‘Dexys Midnight Runners’ had a smash hit called ‘C’mon Eileen’ back in the early 80s and wore them! Anyone for those wanting or...

What clothes to wear at night?

Well I will be first!! I could never wear any form of clothing in bed, ever. Not even underwear! Not done it since the age of 10! I was amazed when I read people go to bed fully clothed. How different we all are! No one need worry - fully covered by sheets, etc! No mishaps yet and there won’t be!

    Is this Camino clothing heresy?

Orange Boiler suits remind me overwhelming of two things!! 1 - The good one - the wonderfully entertaining Dutch fans of their national team at World Cups and European Championships. 2 - The bad one - people who have been apprehended carrying drugs into Denpasar, Bali are always presented to...

Can I reuse eSIM from 2022

Rereading your question I think you may be actually asking if you can keep the setup, lose the minutes and just go into your account and buy a deal package. Possibly. I am new to esims but now have an account with a provider who I am sure will let me buy products into the future via the ‘setup’...
