I dont know about Lidl products but I bought a back pack from Aldi which has been very good for two Caminos. I hope to use it again for another Camino later this year.
Sadly eons ago someone posted on the internet that Osprey was the best pack for the Camino. Since then the vast majority carry this pack. When I walked the CF in 2015 my walking partner and I would play a game that we dubbed "spot the Osprey" There were almost too many to count.

My backpack I bought from Aldi for $30. It has served me well for two caminos and will be used again on my next.
Someone a long time ago posted that Osprey was the best so everyone followed. The best is what works for you. It does not need to be a designer label.
I walked from Lisbon in 2016. I had only my old Merrells that I had worn on the C2C and the CF from SJPP. I had no problems with the cobble-stones.
If you have the time consider walking from Lisbon. There is so much more of Portugal to be seen before Porto.
I bought an Aldi back pack and used it on the Primitivo last year and it was fine. I am using it again this year on the Sanabres. My two sons also used the same Aldi backpacks on the camino and had no problems with them.
I got more than 2000 kms out of my Merrells. I walked the C to C in England, the CF from SJPP and the PC from Lisbon. Add to that many kms at home in Oz.
I am now wearing Scarpa which are also very good.
I carried 5kg but did not take a sleeping bag. All the albergues I stayed in had blankets. I would point out however, that it was early September and very mild and most evenings I did not use the blankets. I did carry a silk liner.
Does anyone know of a sock that is genuinely quick drying that will dry overnight?
For my French way Camino I bought socks online that were advertised as Quick-drying. In reality they took about two day to dry. On my Portuguese I took wool and they took about the same time.
