With an increasing number of pilgrims, esp on the more difficult routes accidents will happen more often. Everyone has to prepare and ask him/herself: can I do this under all circumstances? can I do it alone? My husband and I walked on one camino into +/- 60 vultures in the middle of our path...- marian55

I am not 100% sure, but I think that Radical design in Holland also rented them out. If you bought it afterwards they would take the rent of the sellingprice. Compeed Plasters
I ruined my heel with it. Ended up with a real severe problem after what started as a simple blister. I can walk with it, but always in a limited distance. Over 20/23 km. it hurts like hell. Days of 30 km and more are no longer possible.- marian55

Hi, I agree completely with what you're saying. I already walk all year round for years but go to a sports center too, since this spring.
