Bra Recommendations?
I have used my normal bras to the pilmgrimage, as I am not running, but they don't dry fast at all. However, it is what I feel most comfortable wearing.- ophelia

First time walkers, poles?
Well, I walked my first Camino at the age of 27 freshly done, and can honestly that that I would be able to walk it without the pole, but it would not have been the same thing!
