Danielle is spot on. It is incredible that we even need to say this. There is nothing more disgusting than seeing toilet paper, sanitary supplies, trash or human waste on the path. I brought Always from home for the duration. Added benefit of that item is being able to wear underwear for multiple days without doing laundry. I packed a box with things I would need: spare shoes, cooler clothes, drugs, etc. and sent them ahead to a post office (Correos) in a larger town x...- Jeri
