    Update Thank you all for sharing your experience and suggestions I did go to the podiatrist. The Achilles tendinitis is confirmed along with heel spurs. My boot that stretches the tendon arrives tomorrow, along with recommended inserts Everything is a gradual increase with the boot as well...

    For managing uriatic acid build up, my D.O.M. recommends no pork and no peanuts, in addition to avoiding all shellfish. Glad to hear you are back on track! Being able to walk is a blessing <3
