A couple of years ago I came to the albergue in Villar de Mazarife and was informed by my fellow pilgrims that they planned to start walking around 4 o'clock to walk in the lunar eclipse. The whole room decided to join in (except one other pilgrim). We tried to be quiet, but we were not... I...
Is this the one with the beds stacked 3 on one side. I remember going in to the carrige and thinking "PLEEEEASE" not be mine about the one at the top...
After two partial Camino Frances (SJPDP to Logrono and Logrono to Castrojeritz) my third I was determined to end in Santiago. It was so hard saying goodbye to people knowing they are continuing toward Santiago and i was going home. So, I totally agree with trecile about the feeling of entering...
Sunset above Porto before the start of my last Camino.
PS! A tip, just after you get over the Luis I bridge (if you cross it on the bottom "floor") you can use an elevator inside the parking garage to the top of the hill to Jardim do Morro park, where a lot of people gather to watch the sunset...
Wonderful to know! I am starting the Norte in a months time, and have used your apps an all my previous ones (Frances and Portuguese). Really appreciate the work you do!
Two years ago i used Sagrado corazon tattoo. I am really happy with the service! But it felt a little bit like I was getting a cattle stamp :-D I was there in september and part of a steady line of pilgrims getting shell-tattoos. I love mine, its not that, but this time I am planning something...

Me too. With regular commercial establishments like hotels I can find my self leaving a negativ/critical review if something is really off. But when it comes to albergues I can't remember even thinking of that, but I would leave a glowing review whenever that was applicable. And I will also...
Love it! Thank you! Is it supposed to be possible to press the "info tab" at the bottom right side of the lodging page? I guessed that it was supposed to be a "link" to the hosts page, or more info on Gronze, but nothing happens when I try to go there.
I have never liked peppers... Not the sweat kind, and not the spicy kind... Some chilli could work as spice, but not as a vegetable. Never. That has been my big disappointment - not liking peppers, they are colorful, they are full of vitamin C, in so many dishes. The list goes on. But I just...
Just for everybody's information :)

Outside of Santander - https://balneariodepuenteviesgo.com/en/tecnicas-y-tratamientos/massages/flotation-pool/
I am on a roll ;)
Thanks! I found the first list, but I do not think any of them are on Camino del Norte, but will have to check better. The second one is new to me.
It would be sooo cool to find at least one place, both for the floating, but also just to be able to write back here about it :p ;)
