I agree with Rebekah. Your flight arrives, it usually takes awhile to get out, then the line for customs is long, then the rush is on to get out the door. Miracles happen but don't get so locked into your schedule that you start off the experience totally stressed.
I've decided to train with 9kilos for my final 4 weeks before leaving. With water, it should be right. Since I'm traveling late summer into fall, I need a fleece. Since I'm traveling alone, I have my Spanish phone as well as my iPhone. It sure adds up. But 9 including water isn't bad.
WOW! I just read the EPA's website on Permethrin. YIKES! First of all it is highly toxic to all aquatic life. Second, it is lethal for bees if they are in contact with it. (I assume in it's wet form). I really want to use it to avoid bedbugs but I'm shocked by the information I learned...
