LIVE from the Camino Bed bugs in Sarria
My wife and I always used anti bedbug sleeping bag inserts and then covering that with a 55 degree regular insert. Sleeping bags not necessary unless you are camping out.. rarely do sleeping quarters ever get colder than 55 degrees. If they do wear your next day t shirt and underwear.- stuwmson

two liners the first being bug repellant second down to 55 degrees. with all the other folks sleeping in beds around you. air temperature rarely goes go below 50. another additional technique is sleeping in your next day's underwear. sleeping bags not necessary. have a great adventure. buen...- stuwmson

Daily laundry perplexes me
There are endless choices of fast drying clothing. Motto if you can't wash your clothes in a sink, don't bring them. Use layering of clothing to keep warm. For males buy pants or short with built in underwear. We never used sleeping bags. Two liners, one bug repellent one a little heavier. Buen...- stuwmson
