    check on Google maps (for pedestrians!) and you'll get the answer =) Answer: 21,5 km (= 4:21 hrs walking). It is by the way Vila do Conde. But visiting the cathedral + sightseeing in Porto + taking the metro to Matosinhos + walking to Vila do Conde on ONE day (??!!) is maybe a bit too much...
