I will certainly try to help with as much information as possible. I do tend to get distracted and not remember names and places but I will try extra hard this time. And thank you for putting this together it has already helped a great deal in setting a sort of rudimentary itinerary.
Hello Petya-n, Welcome! I will be starting in Lisbon, from Parque das Nacoes youth hostel on Sept. 23. I like to amble, and do about 15 to 20 km per day, so chances are you will catch up to me and probably pass me. Would be happy to walk with you if you do.
Congratulations! 29 days to Finisterre is quite an accomplishment in my book. I hope to do the same Lisbon to Finisterre that is, not in 29 days, longer for sure. I will be going in Sept and Oct. Like you I like the albergues whenever possible. I believe you took the coastal/ littoral route? I...

Thank you, Diogo. This is very useful. I will definitely need to cut that section into two or three days. It took me 50 days to walk the Frances, as I love to walk slow and enjoy. You also answered another of my questions, about the need/usefulness of poles as it is mostly a flat route from what...
