    @RussGianni — very glad you got the bus ticket you need. I am *almost*as lucky — the bus I desired was sold out 5 days before, but the next one with a loooong transfer was available and will work. I grabbed it and will have a supper picnic at the bus station. :-)

    What are the ways to get from SJPdP to Roncesvalles by transport (ie not walking the Valcarlos Route) in March? I have not had luck getting information about a taxi. That leaves train and bus in a long anti-clockwise loop through Pamplona.
