Shengen Visa for U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card) Holder

My wife and I are planning on walking the Camino Portugues from Porto to Santiago in July of this year. I am a U.S. Citizen. She is Chinese and has a Green Card. Last time we walked (2013) we were both living in China and she did not have her Green Card yet and she had to get a Shengen Visa...

Waiting for Family at Madrid's Barajas Airport Terminal 1

In almost exactly a month, my wife will be flying from Beijing to Madrid and arriving at about 6:35 in the morning. The same morning my kids and I will be flying from the U.S. and arrive at 10:05 am. Her flight and our flight will arrive at Terminal 1. My wife will probably have to wait 3.5...

Madrid airport

I have looked at both the bus and train schedules and boy the RENFE site is confusing. My wife will be arriving from Beijing at 06:35 on Jun. 26. I arrive with my two kids at 10:05. I think the connection is too close to make the 10:45 ALSA bus, which means the next bus isn't until 15:15...

Travel Santiago to Paris

We actually went with the mid-level fare of 115 € as we could check two bags and select seats. When I booked the tix Paris came up as one of the few automatic choices at the top.

Re: Travel Santiago to Paris I just made a reservation on Vueling last night from Santiago de Compostela to Paris (CDG). The cheapest fare was 89 Euros. We are flying to Paris in late July. I used the Vueling website.
