El Niño weather on the Camino del Norte

There are two predominant suggestions. The first, that local conditions dwarf the effect of El Nino; whilst the second is that it should lead to milder, wetter winters in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean. I am starting from Irun on 10 September. I am packing good raingear. :-) Alex

Camino del Norte Mid September 2015

OK - got my plane tickets. I am starting from Irun on 10 September and following the Norte all the way to Compostella (and Fisterra afterwards). I am a photographer and speak Spanish fluently. Look forward to catching up!

Camino del Norte Mid September 2015

Hello Emile! I am also planning a Northern Camino leaving Irun around mid-September, but my actual travel dates are not yet set in stone. I am a photographer and speak fluent Spanish. My last Camino was the Frances in 2013. I am already planning to return to the Frances in 2017. Hopefully...
