Well unless you are seriously planning to camp out , I would say get rid of the sleeping mat.. I spent a month on the Camino and not once did i see or know of anyone who actually used their mat.. I didnt use mine, i didnt come close to using mine...They take up space....Valuable space! I carried...- robhay60
