Please cast a critical eye over my kit list (for a female travelling in August)
You may not need three outer socks and three liners. two of each is probably enough. Or, you could do three liners, since they're thin. powdered soap or liquid? powder is probably lighter. sleep sheet vs light sleeping bag
I took a liner that was essentially a bed sheet sewn together.
