    No nothing is ever too personal for me, so its fairly boring im afraid I have left out a bobble hat, swimming trunks, flask, conditioner, kindle, beard trimmer, mobile phone and a 4th pair of socks n underwear. so its just the basics, i've cut out luxuries as I really don't want to carry them...

    I popped into waitrose this morning and bought supplies 120bags of breakfast tea and 40 lady grey, also in a pound shop milk 50 cartons, all weighs 346g so well worth it me thinks. Panic sweats over:D
