    I get a little vertigo when on a narrow ledge or trail and find that closing one eye sure helps me . If in the position of one eye focusing near and the other trying to focus far , my brain doesn’t do well and I feel a little dizzy sometimes .worth a try

    I have used two brands of boxer/briefs and been happy , 32 degree cool. And AMD 1 both light weight breathable and dry very quick on a line. I would use any other i have had good results with boxer/briefs on the Camino. Both brands are very similar . 32 degree cool. And AND 1 .

    Lightweight down blanket

    Us a common sleeping sheet. It can be cotton or nylon . I warm weather just the pocket shaped sleeping sheet is enough but a down coverlet is for cooler weather

    From my experience on numerous Caminos, walking in grass is very rare and easy to avoid. When you have thousands of walkers there is very little grass.

    I find that if I lengthen the shoulder straps on my pack , but still keep the weight on my hips , i can lower the pack enough to see over my shoulder and wear a full brimed hat. In warm weather I like the Safari style hat with a mesh crown. It keeps my head cooler

    I’ve walked out west too . Wide open spaces and Long views .where is your favorite? I have worn gaiter for snakes there but when I see a snake we both back away .
