https://www.diggers.com.au/shop/edibles/capsicum-padron/s0662/ is where I found seeds. Haven't yet planted them out yet but it's on the list to do soon when the weather cools up here in the Far North. Coles did have Manchego before Xmas but seem to have run out. Hope they restock soon so I can get my fix every now and then. http://www.spanishdeli.com.au/ has real jamon from Guijelo. You pass close to Guijelo on the VDLP and we met a wonderful farmer up on the hill near the tepee when we stopped for morning tea. He was in his 70s but had the loveliest happy face. Went walking every morning on the camino route to check his stock who are most definitely free-range. Definitely one of the special characters we met along the way so I have no qualms at all eating jamon potentially raised by such a lovely bloke. That Guijelo has a reputation for some of the best jamon in Spain doesn't hurt either!
