I just completed my booking that way. I am going to assume if I don't get a reply to emails within 24 hours that either the email address is incorrect, or I need to go through their website if they have one. Once I am in France I can phone ahead. I will learn by rote my request for a bed the same way I did in Spain. I need to check out Dave's spread sheet to confirm email addresses.
