Tui or Toulouse
I am keen to do the Arles Camino from Toulouse to Pau or the Portuguese from Tui to Santiago -would I qualify for my certificate on these routes? As I am a newbie I only want to do approximately 100 - 130 kms in 8 days. Which option would be the best one to do as I might be going solo?

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

From Toulouse-Pau wouldn't qualify. In addition, even Miam Miam Dodo recommends taking the train for about 18km from Toulouse in order to avoid a day's walk through industrial areas. After that a relatively short distance is fine, but then one encounters a multiplicity of arrows going in many directions. Inevitable result: one gets lost. In my case I gave up and walked the main road until encountering signs for an historic pilgrim route and followed them without difficulty. On arriving at my destination two French pilgrims shook my hand for having made it. They too had got thoroughly lost.
Otherwise it's wonderful walking through to Pau.
I'd go for Tui to Santiago.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
