Back on the hamster wheel

Not sure wether to post this here or in the France's section as the hamster wheel I refer to is training for that very camino. It's now almost three years since my last post to this forum when I completed my camino from Viana do Castelo along the costal including the Spiritual Variante. I finally finished gathering together my notes and memories of my camino there are big gaps along the path however this is about how I felt on the camino not a travelog a journey of the mind if you like. Thank you both for taking the time to. read my ramblings the hamster wheel has stopped at the moment because os S.I. and lower back niggles hope to get it moving in a few days.
