i'll be walking the vdlp solo in sept this year

so heat and fatigue are possibilities, as well as hunger and dehydration
and naturally all the other normal emotional stressors

naturally i need to keep my moods as stable as possible so as not to go manic, or depressed
i will be taking my meds with me
