I think @henrythedog can answer that. He has some bus and taxi travels from there last year. Not sure there is a regular bus to Leon. The bus stop shows up on Google Maps at the corner of Calle Santa Maria and Plaza Pina Merino

You purchase your ticket from the bar. I recall I had to wait a long time before they sold me a ticket! Good luck!

That is because it is first of all a bar and serving to locals. We as pilgrims should have the courtesy to wait till they attend to our questions.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

You HAVE to get the ticket from the bar (unless you bought one online). I had to catch the bus from Carrion, and the bus driver said he couldn’t sell me a ticket, I had to buy it from the bar. And yes, it took the bar a looong time to get the ticket sorted.😊

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
