October 2023 -Camino Frances - St. Jean to Logroño
Hello Everyone,

I have been following the forum for a few weeks with a lot of interest as I am due to arrive in Bordeaux on the morning of Saturday October 7th for my first (short - only 8 days) Camino. I have a noon train booked from Bordeaux to Bayonne and then to SJPP.

Unfortunately, my train from Bayonne to SJPP has been cancelled and the TER Nouvelle-Aquitaine has confirmed they will not be providing a replacement bus. Based on my internet research, buses do not run on weekends. The rideshare site BlablaCar does not have any rides posted either. Hoping the very knowledgeable folks on this forum can help me figure out an alternate way to get to SJPP on Saturday.

If anyone else is in the same predicament this Saturday, let's chat!

Thanks so much in advance!
