I'm having issues with Alsa.com It keeps returning temporarily unavailable.

Has anyone travelled from Reus airport up to the Camino Frances. I'm thinking Logrono. Pamplona would be a plan B.

Just looking to join a few pilgrims and walk for a week.

Flight lands at 11am (ish). Any advice greatly received.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
I suspect that you may need to transfer from Reus (the airport i assume?) to Barcelona to get a bus to Logroño

(i just checked the app and Logroño doesn't appear as a possible destination from Tarragona but it does from Barcelona. Reus Airport is nearer Tarragona than Barcelona but very easy to get a train or bus transfer (i believe! Haven't flown there myself)

Hope this helps

Check out "Rome to Rio"for options. It looks like you can take a bus to
Tarragona and thence train to Lagrono or Bus it. According to the Renfe app there is one direct train from Tarragona in the morning and one with a transfer in the afternoon

Hi Walden,
I think you can try Renfe. The problem is there is not bus from Reus airport to Camp Tarragona (Renfe station) only taxi.

Taxi costs 36€ aprox.

Now you have to choose your train to Logroño

Or to Pamplona

Renfe website is not intuitive and freindly. Be aware because same trains are not direct, you have to change the train at Zaragoza - Delicias. And another bring you back to Barcelona, theses ones are more expensive.

Buen Camino!
