Hi guys. I started my Camino Mozárabe today and am hoping to post to my blog each day with useful info for future pilgrims. Feel free to ask any questions, or to share the link with anyone you think might be interested.

I am really enjoying your blog. Keep up the good work. I have to admit though that I am baffled and rather amazed at how little you are eating! I am an average-sized woman who needs to eat a lot more protein than you. I don't know how you're doing it.

I am also following your blog and love those photos

I normally overeat and could probably live off my reserves for s few weeks. I am eating lots of nuts which I think are high in protein and replace some of the salt lost through 'glowing'!

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

How lucky am I! Here I am in Australia and every morning I make a " cafe con leche" and read your updated blog. It is always good timing because the updates arrive in the inbox usually at 5am our time. Yes I remember the massive amount of olive trees as we travelled on a bus between Cordoba and Granada. The photos show that the wildflowers are lovely. I would imagine you would need good Spanish on this route.

And by comparison ...yesterday I took a bus into Adelaide but really only walked 2 km.
yesterdays spend – 2 coffee 7A$, lunch -sandwich ham and cheese 6.10A$ bus ticket -free for seniors and then breakfast and dinner ..from the pantry
Cheers

Thank you so much for your posts. Really enjoying them, giving me ideas and confidence about trying 'this' Camino. How fluent is your Spanish? Kind regards and good health. Dónal

Hi Donal - my spanish is mediocre - but sufficient to be understood. There is a fair amount of telephoning involved in this Camino so some spanish is definitely an asset. Loving it so far though.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Thank you Magwood, following your progress on your blog. All the best and buen camino :)
