Had a couple of rest days in Pamplona - love that city, my friends had a night at Zabaldica, which they absolutely loved, while I walked on to Pamplona.
We headed out of the city this morning and have stopped at a private albergue in Muruzábal for tonight. The albergue has only been open for 5 months and I highly recommend it, very clean and comfortable and the owner Carlos is very welcoming.
Tomorrow we intend to take the optional route via Eunate which will be good as I didn't do that on my last camino.
Weather pretty chilly when the sun goes in but was pleasant for walking in. Terrifically windy in Pamplona yesterday!
Still plenty of pilgrims en-route but seems to be no shortage of beds in the smaller places, guess the majority will have headed to Puente la Reina.
