155 km of the French way
Hi to all the pilgrims! In november I’ll do Last 155 km of the French way. Will I be alone in this journey because of the season I decide to go? I hope to find some pilgrims in the way and I have no idea of the weather could be🙏🏻Any suggestion? Gracias!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

If I am reading the charts correctly, the Pilgrim Office statistics say that 5997 pilgrims received Compostelas in November 2022. That would be 200 Compostelas per day. The number of people walking will certainly be higher than 200/day, but then, you might assume that there would be more in late November than early November.

In any case, it will not be solitary unless you make a point of avoiding people.

Should be good! :)

You sure can walk in solitude on the CF in November. But you will not be alone on your way.
There will be other walkers, but not as crowded as in spring or fall.

You will be good.

After walking in near 'zoo like' crowds 2 weeks ago, I am no longer sure the Camino Francis actually has a shoulder season anymore.
We use to walk up to an albergue and always found a bed. We had to pre-book after finding everything heavily booked and literally looking like we would be sleeping outside.
It was shocking compared to pre-Covid. Even walking to Finisterre requiring pre-booking this year.

Oh gosh! Thanks for sharing, I was hoping to decide step by step where to sleep consider the period I’ll be there…I didnt want an eccessive organizzation in order to focus On the Camino…

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
