Last year Coffee Break Spanish did a travel diary of a trip along the northern coast of Spain in a series of 10 podcasts. If you have done the Norte it's fun to listen to the descriptions of places that you've walked through, or if you haven't done the Norte yet what you have to look forward to.

Excellent - many thinks for the link.

I started out with CBS many years ago - I wonder if the charming Kara is still with her Spanish novio? - and still find Mark's accent amazing (and, seeing a photo, he's not at all how I pictured him to be).

Time to renew my account perhaps?

I sometimes listen when I'm walking. Yeah you would never think Mark was a glaswegian with his perfect Spanish accent, he's a great teacher. I don't mind admitting that his student Cara with her cute giggles keeps me engaged too!
Great podcasts..

I am currently listening to a broadcast about literature and literary voices in French, but look forward to finding some Spanish radio to listen to that isn't all soccer/FB as it is right at this moment:

Muchas gracias! Voy a compartir con mi <familia del Norte> ;)

I listened to the last episode the other day while on a walk - naturally their final stop was in Santiago de Compostela!
