Welcome to the forum @Luis Vasquez.
Be prepared for possible cold weather including snow. Good layering type clothes, waterproofs and boots as well as a good sleeping bag will keep you warm and dry. The gronze website will give you a list of albergues etc and whether they are 'all year' or seasonal.
Listen to the locals regarding the weather and if it is safe to walk the tracks or better in some places to walk the road, especially over the higher passes.
