sending suitcase from Porto to santiago

This is the first time we will be bringing a suitcase, and I was wondering if anyone has forwarded a suitcase to the post office in Santiago, from Porto. It is possible on Camino Frances, but from Portugal?

excellent and perfect! thank you. We hope to be tourists after the camino this time.....unwinding a little in Spain, perhaps on the coast...so much nicer in April than Canada ( :
