Too many and too often!
The EU equivalent would be size 48. That probably limits the range available. Decathlon do some of their footwear up to that size and they usually have a fairly substantial stock on hand. There is a branch on the southern outskirts of Burgos.

Thanks Bradypus. When in logronio I took a taxi to Decathlon. Awesome store. Just didn’t have sizes that big. Might have to finish out in sandals.
Yup. I think Spaniards have itty bitty feet
