Starting in SJPP four years later!

Thrilled to get confirmation from my job today that I can take leave in May and June to walk the Camino from SJPP to SDC!! I had planned to do this in 2020, starting on 24 May.

It has taken four years but am delighted to be finally starting on 24 May this year instead. I have even managed to get a reservation in Refuge Orisson!! Have booked accommodation right up to Pamplona (all with free cancellation) and am hoping it will be less hectic after there…until Sarria. A wonderful beginning to the new year

Congratulations! I was 6 years waiting but only 3 delayed as I did plan to walk in 2020 . It was amazing. Your plan for accommodation sounds good . I also booked Orrison and ended up with one of the most glorious days of my life on the second day to Roncesvalles. Enjoy and buen camino!
