Im in Betanzos and the albergue is really nice. But no refridgerator and why put in a kitchen fan when there is nothing to cook on? Well well just curious. The beds, showers and common areas are great.

I really like this town and I'm glad I decided to use all 5 days I have left on this Camino.

I have visited the o pasatempo what a weird place. And what a lovely light in the San Francisco church.

I understand that tomorrow will be a tough stage so I hope I find a place to have a good breakfast here. That's my main problem on the Camino. As I don't eat gluten and today I found out that eating yogurt for breakfast is a really bad idea when your stomach hates lactose as well. I ran out of pills and they didn't have what I wanted in the farmacia last night. I'm so tired of tortillas as well. 31 days on caminos does that.

Have to find a nice dinner place as well. One that doesn't own a fryer ;-)

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Great photos Beatrice. The 'reclaimed by nature' one is fantastic.
Apart from food issues I get the impression from following your posts you've had all you hoped for.
Are you planning your next one yet:rolleyes:?

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Thanks yes, that one turned out well even in the phone camera version.

I planned this for 5 years (or I decided to go the year I turned 40 5 years ago the planning was more 1 month or so). I have to save money and talk my husband and kids into the idea of me leaving for several weeks again. It will not be next year that is for sure as we have planned to go to Italy on a family holiday.

I have got so much from this trip besides the deep sun tan, new friends and a stomach that hates me and about 4000 photos (I guess I will edit photos from this trip until it is time for the next ;-) )

A short stop at bar Julia for a coke and an ice cream. Not hungry yet. Nice place.
