Hi, looking for suggestions to travel from Logrono to Paris next July (2019). I have looked at Rome2Rio but all suggestions take about 12+ hours! Looking fro reasonable and practical. There will be 4 of us.

Yep, planning our second Camino....;) Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, we can only spare a 7-9 days this time around. We have our hearts set on a warm Camino Frances, so no suggestions for other routes necessary please.

Thanks.

Logroño to Bilbao takes an hour and 3/4 by bus (ALSA), then you could fly to Paris. Vueling runs a direct flight 3 times a week to Orly (Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays).

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
You could find a bus to San Sebastian and then from there take the Euskotren to Hendaye, France (40 minutes) and then from Hendaye take the TGV to Paris (4 hours 50 minutes).

When you arrive in San Sebastian you'll need to walk from the new bus station across the river and over to the Euskotren which might take about 15 minutes or so.

The Euskotren is a small light-rail commuter train. It costs about €2

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
